This agreement takes immediate effect upon Lauren Corey receiving payment.
INCLUSIONS
All products in the Lauren Corey Shop are click-to-buy digital products with customization and implementation being the responsibility of the purchaser or end user.
It is important to note that no products purchased in the Shop include implementation services or support from Lauren Corey. Implementation support is available as a separate service, scoped, quoted and purchased separately from these product purchases. If you require support following your product purchase, please inquire via email for more information.
FEES AND PAYMENT
The cost of each product is indicated on the product page and at checkout. Please note that all prices are listed in USD, and 10% will be added to the final purchase (above the product price listed) for any Australian customers.
There are no payment installments or plans available for Shop products, all payment is made prior to product delivery.
Payment is to be made via your credit card/debit card.
Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges or transfers are available.
RESPONSIBILITY
Lauren Corey is not responsible for any success or failure that the purchaser or the purchaser's business or any businesses where these products are utilized may experience as a result of the products purchased in the Lauren Corey Shop.
The purchaser is purchasing the products from Lauren Corey freely, at their own risk and is responsible for any capital they may choose to spend implementing products purchased from Lauren Corey. The purchaser will not hold Lauren Corey liable or accountable in any way for any failure of the products to live up to their expectations.
