How do I receive my purchase?

All Lauren Jean Co shop purchases are digital products delivered via email following your completed purchase. You'll also receive an invoice receipt for purchase. Please ensure you save and download your product deliveries at your earliest convenience. If your product delivery email has not been received within 30 minutes of your purchase, please check your spam and/or promotions folders. If for any reason you can't find or access your products, please feel free to get in touch via hello@laurenjean.co.


Do I need the paid version of ClickUp or Notion to use my products?

Nope, not for these! All of the templates in the Systems Shop can be used on the FREE version of the recommended platforms. You are always welcome to upgrade to a paid version to take advantage of additional features & functionality, but it's not a must to install and use your products.


What if I'm just getting started in my biz? Can I still use these templates? 

You sure can! These templates have been built with flexibility in mind so they can grow right alongside your business and support you along the way. It's so helpful to have the right foundations in place sooner than later! Many times biz owners only realize how much they need systems when they're so busy all they can think is #sendhelp.


Can I preview or try the templates?

At the moment, we're unable to offer previews or demo versions of any of the templates in the Systems Shop. If you need more information about the purchases, check out the product breakdown on the product page or get in touch. 


What if I'm not tech-savvy?

Not a biggie. ClickUp and Notion are extremely easy to use, and the templates come with step-by-step video trainings to help you get comfortable customizing your templates quickly & easily.


What's the refund policy?

Due to the electronic nature of our products, all purchases are final and no refunds will be available.
